The Malaccan Margate

The seafood laksa from The Malaccan is hands-down the best I've ever had! Definitely worth a trip to The Old Kent Market.

Had a chicken korma here, arrived very quickly, could've been a bit hotter and the chicken was a tad too bony but the rest was absolutely delicious and not too spicy, would probably go again

Not great... had a takeaway from here tonight, via Deliveroo (who are actually useless in Margate and we wont use again), the chicken satay starter was raw in the middle, the beef rendang was ok, although the portion was very small, same for the lamb curry. We had a 25% off offer which made the price seem better, but was still expensive at 28 for the two meals plus one starter. I wouldve felt really ripped off if we had paid the full price of over 15 for the beef. Wouldnt go again because of the undercooked chicken.
