The only reason it gets 1 star, is because I cannot give none. The place should be shut down, my mental health feels so much worse after the experiences I have had so far. Misinformation, lies, cancellations, changed appointments, appalling record keeping and rude staff that all do not seem to talk to one another. Nobody knows what's going on, the next person you speak to has no idea about any of the concerns you voiced in the previous meeting and then makes you feel as though you are making things up when fed back to them what was discussed. For a service supposedly designed to deal with mental health patients, I'd say it's run so very poorly and is no longer fit for purpose.

Stay away from this place. Theyre puppets of the Tory Government, so expect abuse/bullying/negligence whenever they get the chance to interact with you. Id advise seeking help from other services either in Kent, or preferably a different county, whose council is not governed by psychopathic kleptomaniacs.

Been on a waiting list for CBT over 15 years. Told recently that they no longer do talking therapies so no help is available. Bit confused what they do then? Psychiatrist was good but 0 follow up care of medication change. No idea who to contact now.
