        Management of the Service Charge Accounts are horrendously unorganised. Service Charge Demands are issued late and not distributed on time every 6 months, as stated in the Lease. When the Demands are finally issued to Leaseholders, payment is required ASAP, or legal action is threatened. Emails and phone calls are not responded too. It is fundamentally clear that this Property Management Company does not provide a sufficient service to its Leaseholders. Avoid.

        We have had a good experience with Bamptons in the last year of working together. They have had the tough challenge of following many years of poor management from another firm. Some leaseholders have found it more difficult than others to deal with an actual process now being in place but I could not complain about the service and level of professionalism this firm have shown so far. I would recommend them.
