We employed Neil at Old Town Property to carry out a renovation of a block of 10 apartments in Cliftonville. I can honestly say Neil is one of the best people Ive dealt with. We are based up in Manchester and it was incredibly reassuring knowing he was looking after our project. Not only is he a lovely guy, but he and his team produced some excellent work, he was always on the end of the phone and would always go the extra mile for us to sort every single job. I would recommend Neil and Old Town to anyone. They were a pleasure to be associated with.

We are over the moon what Neil and the team at Old Town have done for our family providing us with a lovely extension on the rear of our house. We spotted Neils vans down the road on another Job and we asked if he wouldnt mind popping along to discuss our project. From the first time we met everything went smoothly from initial talks about what we wanted, to budget and changes along the way, nothing was a problem. Neil gave us his honest opinion with regards to spec which we really valued and he was open to our ideas and plans. Neil has a great team working with him who were friendly and hard working even entertaining the kids when they were staring out the window at the work taking place. Neil I sit here now in our lovely extension writing this and cannot thank you enough for going the extra mile to get done what we wanted, within time and budget - Dan, Sam, Elliot and Sophie

Couldnt be more pleased with the great job Neil and his team at Old Town carried out on our property. All the tradesmen were professional, polite, punctual and did a fantastic job clearing up the mess every day. They were brilliantly proactive when more problems were uncovered as the works proceeded and nothing seemed to faze them. All in all a very satisfactory experience and I would definitely recommend using Old Town Property for any of your projects.

A god send for me and my family. The only builder you need to know in Margate! I can't find the words to say how grateful I am to Neil and his team for the work they completed at our house. We bought a 3 bed semi-detached house that was in serious need of some TLC. It was split into 2 flats and hadn't been updated since the 80s. Old Town Property Services converted the house back to single dwelling, re-wired and re-plumbed the entire building, knocked down walls and created a beautiful open plan space, plastered throughout and fitted our new kitchen and flooring. Neil project managed and advised on the entire renovation while we were back living with family in London. He kept us updated daily with progress of works and was so patient with our ever changing scope of works/budget and still managed to keep a smile on his face! He completed the renovation on time and delivered to the specification we had set out, all while remaining competitively priced. His team are diligent, courteous and trustworthy individuals who are all masters of their trade. Don't even bother looking elsewhere. I highly recommend Old Town Property Services for whatever your renovation/build needs are.
