Rental: A potentially stressful situation looking for a property at short notice for my mum and dad (dad also has dementia) was made hassel free and as easy a transition as I've ever experienced looking for a property. A special mention goes to Mandy who went above and beyond in all areas of the move and was fantastic with my dad. I can't thank her enough. Another mention goes to Lucy, available when needed and made life easy for me where required. Communication and friendly approach from both was first class. Both brilliant at their jobs. Absolutely no support with an uncooperative landlord. The landlord's themselves were absolutely terrible, the house was a complete bodge with insufficient insulation, useless kitchen extraction, no ventilation, mould that they refused to have rectified and so many broken contractual promises, not to mention they were laughably incompetent when it came to the deposit procedure which they dragged out for an obscenely long time (still waiting months after moving out for them to provide evidence), and we had absolutely no support or help from the letting agent.
