Shame no zero star option. Purchased a flat in the Ramsgate development - what a mistake! Have lived here nearly 10 months with Harriss Property failing to get the lift commissioned with a date still unknown even though the installation was completed early May. Communication is terrible with emails often ignored and if they do respond, they do not deliver/do what they say and you have to constantly chase. Parking is an issue. Even though flat owners are allocated a space, there has been no communication to all residents with a marked up plan so you often find other residents in your space and people who don't live on the site are able to drive in and use the car park as there is no gated entry or clear Private Parking signage. We have been charged service charge but many of the services are not provided regularly, so again have to chase to get things done. Snags have not been addressed even though the initial meeting to go through them was in March and then a second one in June due to change in personnel. The property was advertised as 'luxury apartment living'. This is certainly NOT our experience.

They stole over 1000 from me, when they said I was due to get a refund from deposit, but haven't yet paid be mack (even after agreeing to this).

I have nothing but good things to say about this development. The site is kept in excellent condition & the staff, especially both Chris s that work here very helpful, polite and nothing is to much trouble for them. .
