        Keep sending me service charge demands for a property I no longer own, despite me telling them twice.

        mismanaged works on our block of flats so badly that the entire completed works costing 12500 had to removed and refitted correctly causing another 9 weeks of having to have the scaffold and builders on site added to the 12 weeks the scaffold had already been onsite. Cocketts used their in house surveyor Jeremy Parkin who is also a director of Cocket Henderson to carry out the Project management which they tried to charge over 2000 for despite failing to manage the project at all . We had unqualified , uninsured contractors onsite for months with no checks being carried prior or during the works which resulted in the entire roof works having to be removed and re done.
