        Rude and patronising, they dont take the time to listen! we where tenants of a building ran by block management and where treated us very poorly and allowed us to be bullied out of the building by other residents for minor things that we werent aware of which should have been there duty to inform us, we later found out this one particular resident was the ones who paid block management so they simply just do as there instructed for the contract, weak people
