Urgent plumbing and drains

Originally came to us 3 hours after time stated he would arrive, stayed 5 minutes said he would go off & get materials & would be back in a couple minutes of hours, then messaged to say might be first thing the next morning due to complexities of job. Well we never heard from him again despite being told we were his priority call out. We texted & called & received no reply. Due to him we were left all weekend without any water or heating. Definitely wont be using again. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Great service from urgent plumping and drains, recently moved into a property which had a blocked pipe causing water to back up into our kitchen sink. Contacted them and they were out to us within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable and talked me through what the issue was and then cleared the blockage. Would call this company again if we need any help in the future.
