        My thermostat was not communicating with boiler as such no heating, the house was frozen. Matt was able to fit me in at short notice , he serviced the boiler which was overdue, and repaired the broken lining, confirmed the thermostat was broken beyond repair but routed the boiler so I could heat directly controlled from boiler until he returns to fix a new hive thermostat in coming weeks. And he bled radiators. He noted how cold the house was and ensured I was not left cold. He was prompt and focussed on the matter in hand and then off to next job. Thank you Matt.
