We were having trouble with the thermostat on our underfloor heating. I called Alert Plumbing as they had come highly recommended by colleague and they called me straight back on a video call so they could guide me through a couple of things and have a look at issue. This saved the need of an unnecessary and expensive call out should there be a quick fix. Impressive! They were able to see exactly what was what and have a good idea of what was needed straight away with a time frame for coming out to complete the work. Noel was recommended to my by a friend when I came back from holiday and couldn't get my boiler to start. I had turned it off before I went away. He kindly talked me through how to re-set it and it started up again. He gave me advice ie don't turn it off when I go away as it would invalidate my rental agreement! Lovely man, would absolutely use him (actually)!
