Ordered something on their app, told me they no longer stocked it and I asked for a refund on the item. The manager told me a refund on the item I already paid for that they could not provide would not be refunded.
Threatened going to trading standards and reporting them as they took my money and refused refund of the item they could not provide.
Achieved compensation after further negotiation but will not trust the APP again.
