        I went to the Broadstairs store at 5.40pm on Friday 27th January 23, the closing time is 6pm! We asked the man to do our daughters passport photo, he said he can't as he's cashing up! I said "it only takes 5 mins" to which he replied "I can't cashup & do the photo! I replied "you are open till 6" which he replied "I'm not doing it" I then asked for the the Manager's name, to which he replied I am the manager!!! Very bad service & rude. We will not use them again.

        I've gone there a few days ago and the guy was unhelpful and rude. Went to see if I could get my son passport photo as the first set I paid for was poor quality. I could not have gotten it because I did not had the photos to return to him. So I then went to the photo booth and got a usa passport phot and brought it to him to cut to the recommended size. He was hesitant to do it and did it a bad mood where he cut them all in the wrong sizes. I never get good service from this particular guy.
