Beyond professional. I asked the gentlemen, Les, was his name, to dry clean an outfit for my mums funeral. Not only was he beyond empathetic and kind but actually remembered me when I came to collect about a week after. I was very impressed at how soft spoken and kind he was and a real asset to the business. Please dont let him go! We need more people like him with such an understanding about those going through a bevermerment. Thank you Les

Had a key I needed replacing couldnt find it any where local, took to Tesco timpsons and Zayne took some photos. Identified it and rang me about 6 days later and said he had found it to come in and try which I did and it was perfect after him cutting me 2 x new ones Excellent service and communication would highly recommend
