Attempted to contact the parlour for weeks, no response, no return of calls or messages. Finally get an appointment for last week. Went to the shop, didnt turn up, shop totally closed? Didnt get an answer when trying to call or text until the next day where allegedly it was us that had the wrong day? (False) anyway - giving the benefit of the doubt we rebooked from last Thursday to today as then rearranged with the lady there. Went again today, shop closed, nobody there? Reason was unwell due to a medical reason when returning the text as to why theyve let us down, again. Had no thought to even let us know or try to make contact prior to the appointment. Lucky that we can walk there and back really. Would have been twice as stressful if wed have had to travel here from a distance. Will not be using (well attempting to use) this place again. Totally unprofessional communication and service. Really not worth the hassle when other groomers and parlours want the business.
