Doing these resets with Emily has been part of my self care for years but every single time I am surprised by how much I learn, how good I feel afterwards and how clearly I see my habits shift (especially as a new mum with caffeine, sugar and booze punctuating my days) My husband joined me this time and we both noticed a big shift in our energy and clarity

Great results through personalised workouts, very flexible sessions that fit easily into my schedule, my body has become stronger and leaner in a very short space of time and Emily is a lovely person to work with! I didn't have the motivation or stamina to do it on my own, I wanted someone to guide me and spur me on, and she's been so supportive in getting the best out of me. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant service! Emily is kind, patient and compassionate, understands what you're looking for, the results you wish to achieve, and how to get there efficiently and healthily. My mum and I have our workouts together and Emily tailors them to our individual needs and desires which is brilliant. Hard work and challenging but which is fun and rewarding, I have never felt fitter and stronger, I couldn't recommend Emily enough!

Emily is much more than a personal trainer. For the past 10 months we have worked consistently - training twice a week. I started working with her postpartum after a complicated pregnancy. I was nervous to move and felt so out of touch with me and my body. After 10 months I feel completely different! I have seen such incredible results. I'm energised and ready to go! The workouts have been particularly supportive of me as a new Mum. Often we have adapted sessions to train with my baby so I can keep up consistency through the ebbs and flows of life. The short and targeted 30 min sessions are powerful and perfectly tailored to you. We started slowly as I grew in confidence. First training in my home and then moving onto the green outside my house and then to the beach. I also love how Emily's PT can offer a combination of physical and virtual workouts. This option has meant when travelling for work I can still keep up the morning training. So far Emily has virtually trained me in Cannes, Paris, Nice, New Forest and Edinburgh. All through my phone and using whatever equipment we can find... such as bottles of water or tins of beans. No excuses! I also really appreciate Emily's organisation. The night before each session I've been sent a reminder text and this has been SO helpful to keep on track even with baby brain and sleep deprivation. Thank you Emily!
