Such a unwilling and unhelpful. Zero customer service, and very rude manager telling me off infront of a children and shouting to leave the store! And told me to complain at headoffice. Reason? I got a present from my son that paid 110 for a gift set and the parfume inside was broken not spraying at all. He has been told he has an account so all he needs is an email address, however she said to me you dont have a receipt so I can not do nothing. But the main reason why I went in is just to exchange a faulty parfume and she was so unwilling to help and very rude infront of children Zero star
