        Terrible experience! Disorganised and staff with total lack of interest. Main interacting organiser was dressed scruffily in leggings, trainers and baggy top (hardly princess attire!) . Whilst conducting the party, her phone never left her hand, yes it controlled the music but another member of staff should have done this discretely from the side. The venue was absolutely freezing, no attempt at pre- heating and nor was it put on for the party. A number of parents went back to cars to collect warmer clothing and coats for the children. Food was a disaster with cheese sandwiches being made at front reception area and certainly not within food hygiene and safety regulations. What food there was, was whipped away before the sit down party time was finished. A quick visit to local supermarket was made for cakes etc. What should have been a wonderful princess party, in truth was a very lacklustre, poorly organised and extremely disappointing time. For the person paying, it must have been a total waste of money and very upsetting.
