        Went to Alex with a hip/hamstring injury, thinking it was the end of my running. Hes got me fixed and Im delighted. Id like to add that I was particularly pleased he didnt stretch the treatment out unnecessarily as some physios are reputed to do. When he thought I had the exercises necessary and was on my way to being fixed he told me, rather than using me as a cash cow. I thoroughly recommend the Spine and Sports Injury Clinic. Manchester Marathon here we come!
