        Excellent service, and I made an error in my Perscription, and they exchanged the glasses, and the customer service was brilliant. Second pair of glasses I have bought from them and will be buying more.

        Orderd standard varifocals on 6th jan took untill 10th march to recive nothing wonderful on quality never responded to any raised questions as to where they were originally stated 4 weeks then nothing would never use again appaling service!!

        Order not delivered even after 20 days of ordering. Website has vague answers about elated delivery and I could not locate any chat facility. Absolutely no communication from selectspecs about delivery times. Order status remains in progress even after 3 weeks.

        Good price, but took 4 weeks for delivery. Initially told 7-10 days. Poor communication regarding delay. Would order again but dont expect your glasses anytime soon

        By far THE BEST optician in the UK!!! They take their time checking everything with your eyes, their service is 1st class AND they are cheap. Full eye exam and a pair of glasses for 40 or 50 incl frames and lenses of the highest quality, and if you already have a prescription, their glasses (frame+lenses) start from 3.95. Yes really. They are so so good!!!
