Amazing customer service. I havent had an eye test for a while and Ive had eye troubles with allergies and migraines. I had never visited before and I was so amazed by how they treated me - really personal touch. Sanjay sat and spoke to me beforehand and had a genuine interest and care. On the counter I sheepishly mentioned I was unemployed ( something I personally have felt embarrassed about ) and they made me so welcome and let me know what I was entitled to. I was worried about how much it may cost but new it was needs must as I was suffering - they treated me like a friend and had my best interests at heart and I was very touched by that. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in I received the kind of service I've never had at an optician before from an excellent test, (when I found out I've been given too strong a prescription) to the help I got choosing a really nice style that for the first time ever I actually had detailed measurements taken so I got the correct fit and the most reasonably priced for my needs. Overall a decent family run optician that took the time to explain every aspect of me purchase.

Absolutely fantastic service when I forgot my contact lenses at home, when on holiday. The could not have been more helpful and a total contrast to a couple of local chains .
