        I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time without being checked in as a staff member said they were too busy, to then be told my appointment was cancelled with no notification. Staff were indifferent and rude.

        Very busy and lots of waiting. But the staff were friendly and helpful. The eye test was thorough and professional.

        I don't pay for my prescription the man that served me was snotty and not helpful at all I ordered two pairs of glass when he ordered them he didn't even ask which was which,I wear one all the time and the other for reading.
