        My Mum couldn't be more happy with the care + services at St Michael's (huge thank you to Millie Parton who helped us have smooth admission process). Everyone is welcoming & helpful. The home is clean, menus are excellent & food looks delicious + nutritious. There are so many wonderful activities & opportunities to engage in. Mum particularly enjoys entertainers who come in & intergenerational afternoons with local school children. She loves cookery club, quizzes, services in the chapel & all the varied experiences; as well as being able to relax & rest when she needs to in her homely room. The building & grounds are lovely & close to both nearby town & seafront. We couldn't wish for better. We are kept well informed & involved. Despite complex health issues Mum is now thriving & she couldn't be more content. In her words she feels 'spoiled rotten'.

        St Michaels care home is professionally run by fantastic staff, in particular Milly the receptionist. Her friendly and happy personality makes the visits that bit more pleasant. I would Highly recommend St Michaels care home.

        My Nan spent her last few weeks at St Michaels and our family cannot express how much we appreciated all the support she received from the staff during this time. Millie, the receptionist was really helpful with regards to sorting out the paperwork for us as a family during a difficult time, keeping in contact with us and updating us about her admission. The team at St Michaels are amazing, from the Manager to the Nurses and Health Carers.

        I have been at St Michaels nearly 2 weeks and I have had the best care I could ask for. I have got to know most of the staff by their names and Millie is always willing to talk to me and have a bit of joke and a laugh. The food is brilliant, home made. What is there not to like. It honestly feels more like a hotel than a care home and I hope I can stay here. Thank you to everyone.
