The treatment I experienced was of the highest standard. My treatment was facial, hands and feet reflexology to support and encourage balance for menopause. Ive been going to Sara for a few months now and having tried different treatments, I can truly say the experience has been amazing, Sara is very calming, easy to talk to and notes any issues that need attention, her knowledge of healing is amazing. Sara is very professional and all information is confidential. Her setting is absolutely spotless, calming, tranquil, products are of high quality and lovely light music in the background. I Dont want to leave ! Im so pleased I found Sara. She has helped me relax and sleep, the best Ive had for years.

Had a fantastic facial reflexology session with Sara! The effects were absolutely amazing. My face feels lifted and my jaw feels relaxed, after many years of teeth grinding in my sleep! Not only that, I honestly felt like I had received a full body massage at the end of the treatment. Cant recommend Sara and this treatment enough.

Sara is a truly exceptional practitioner and they are hard to find. I have been visiting Sara for Lava Shell massage treatments for a number of years having benefited from massage treatments for the last 20 years in various locations in the UK with varying degrees of success due to ongoing medical issues so I have had a multitude of past experiences for comparison. Sara really understands what works for me, tailors her approach accordingly and is extremely diligent, effective, knowledgeable, sensitive and caring. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
