I had all the windows at the back of my house replaced with double glazed UPVC units by P&P in July 2020. The guys that came to fit the windows were clean, tidy, efficient and polite. I was expecting a lot of making good and re-decorations when they were finished but they have left everything absolutely perfect ... no gaps, no broken tiles, no ripped wallpaper. The windows are great and I can't speak highly enough of the service P&P provided. I highly recommend this company! Service: Window installation

Great and friendly service. Fixed our bi-fold doors when they weren't closing properly. The lady I spoke to on the phone was great and booked us in within a week, and engineer turned up exactly on time. He did a great job. Very pleased.

The worst customer service I've ever had. 6 months and still waiting for them to fit a window. They always promise to call back and never do and I have to ring them. Absolutely awful

Windows and doors come out fine. But dont leave any personal tools around as my dewalt drill went missing whilst the fitters were at my property, I asked them if they had accidentally picked mine up and put with theirs by mistake,and they said no. One of the fitters told me where he had seen my drill so i looked about 3-5 times it was definitely not there,after asking again about my drill and calling there office to ask when they unload they could just double check,the fitter got angry, and after finishing the job he bet me a grand that i would find my drill and shortly after he had left i found it in the place id check numerous times already where he said he had seen it.very very strange how it had reappeared shortly after he had left and bet me a grand id find it. So all i would say is just put your valuables away when the fitters are round.
