So glad to have found Pandora and her Intuitive Eating course! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to take some time out for some self-love. The programme is thought-provoking and lovely Pandora has a great insight into how the mind (and body!) work together. It really clicked for me!

Pandora helped me find my soul purpose in life, she believed in me which helped me believe in myself. Her compassion, support, knowledge, wisdom and ideas were key to my personal growth. I can't recommend her enough, as working with her was life changing in the best possible way.

Working with Pandora has been absolutely transformational. Her kindness, openness, compassion, and her grounded and calm approach, has truly allowed me to transform so many areas of my life in so many different ways. I have tried various therapies before, but nothing has had the effect that this one-to-one work has. I couldn't recommend Pandora highly enough. Pandora is an amazing woman! She is kind, calm, honest and incredibly easy to talk to. She gives really sound advice on a range of topics and we even touched on things that I didn't expect us to discuss. She has helped me feel very grounded and I would recommend her to anyone who is feeling out of touch with themselves. I feel very lucky to have found her and I will definitely book onto one of her future courses if I need a mind-body boost!

After meeting Pandora at 2 events, I have already had so many insights & realisations about myself. She has given me tools to break old beliefs and allow myself to move on to a life in choose to create. I love the way she brings women in a positive way and empowers us to be who we are but the best version. Thank you to this inspired lady.
