        Mark is unprofessional and not trustworthy, he gives you a cheaper quote to reel you in but is a cowboy builder. I would never use him again as he is careless, whilst he was carrying out the works I'm my property he left a leak. I called him out to come and check the leak but he told me over the phone to leave a bucket under the leak. The whole weekend I was left to keep emptying the bucket that was filled with water including during the night. The damage was so excessive I had to call out someone to come and repair the ceiling as part of it had broke down to excessive water damage. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and I would not recommend Mark at all. Service: Toilet installation
