A pleasant stay, you know what you're getting with a Travelodge so no real surprises. The "plus" room cost a little more than the "standard" room, and according to the front desk the only difference apparently was a coffee machine instead of only a kettle, and a "chair with wheels" instead of a standard chair without. This was in response to a query about WiFi, which disappointingly is not included in the price of either type of room. From my point of view, WiFi is one of those things that carries a very low marginal cost but is greatly appreciated by guests, it wasn't too expensive to add on, but that leaves you wondering why they don't simply include it to begin with and really deliver a better experience. The room was clean and well presented, and the view of the harbour (if you have one) is lovely, and as another plus point there is a late night bar for guests that is apparently open 24hrs, with food also available around the clock.
