If busy parking could be a problem. The dining area is really the only area I can post a review on. In general it's okay but it's looking tired. The fireplace area has cracked/worn tiles. The service was varied with one of the staff being quite abrupt in their manner. Others were good. The food was good but a burger and chips for 16 seemed pricy (plenty of chips). That said the washrooms were well maintained and my friends who were visiting from Europe keep coming back to this hotel. A little bit of TLC all round the dining area required. Safety: Watch out for the cliffs outside, just beyond the green in front.

Unfortunately the hype was thoroughly crushed almost immediately upon arrival. Kudos to the marketing team behind this place because they've proven certain things CAN be polished. After the initial flare up of excitement when reading through the menu, I made the unfortunate choice of the pigs in blankets and sourdough roll which got charged at an audacious 12.50 (two Seperate dishes so I thought at least some form of proportional value for money would be achieved here.), so when 6 tiny Sausages and a crusty roll cut down the middle were served up I nearly cried...12.50!! Also I was bluntly refused a glas of a preffered red wine, by a somewhat disinterested zombie faced bar lady, as it was only sold by the bottle.... even though there was an open half empty bottle in plain sight (so someone was allowed a glas just not me ) Finally, the piece the resistance was (not) found in the men's loo where I was forced to walk out of the place with wet hands because the airdryer was faulty but no replacement option was offered in the way of paper towels etc. SO GLAD I DIDN'T BOOK TO STAY HERE AT 100(ish) A NIGHT!!
