Had a bad experience with noise from kitchens pre-5am. Should have contacted reception right away to claim against good night guarantee. Avoid room 119. Rooms: Avoid room 119, kitchen noise woke me at 4.50 am

Room is basic but adequate and location is great next to the beach. However the room is facing the car park and at 7am in the morning, a delivery truck arrived and there was an hour of loud banging of the delivery cages and metals. It was continuous so it is impossible to sleep. Not sure if this will happen again tomorrow morning and how often this is done.

the location is just perfect outside of the margate train station. the only let down is that we booked an accessible room but they seems like they only had a limited of wetroom, and only had a lowbath tub ones, my friend couldnt use it as it was not suitable for her. Would be nice if they would remove all the lowbath tub and replace all of it into a walk in wetroom please.
