        great staff clean room new carpets decor ok. a little overpriced for what we got no breakfast and at 100 pound a night bit steep but last min booking. could update the mattress and t.v kept going out of service but good Wifi and we were on the top floor it could do with updateing out the front. small shower gap under the shower showing the pipes and masking tape left round the doors. would stay again if not on the top floor.
