Alex is an amazing human being. she makes you feel calm and relaxed and truly listens to your needs. I know I was having a tough time when I had my first treatment with her and by the end of it I felt like me again. the space she has is beautiful and truly a space you enter and leave the real world behind. the use of beautiful colours and natural materials in the space is stunning. I know I highly recommend her to others and I really enjoy the newsletters she sends out with helpful and handy information to keep your mind and body in its best condition it can be in. please check her out if you can x

I booked the reflexology with a neck, shoulder and chest massage and it was incredible. Alex has an intuitive talent for knowing exactly what your body needs. For a person who has had several massages in my life due to back pain, Alex really had the perfect level of pressure. I hadn't done refexology before and I am converted. It's amazing the effect that points in your feet can have on your whole body. I was lured into as deep sleep, which I normally don't allow myself to do in a massage and felt amazing afterwards. She also gives you a great consultation in the beginning to pick the right aromas aligned to the needs of your body as well which was really insightful and felt really bespoke. I highly recommend Eucalyptus treatments and can't wait to book again!
