        Rude and unhelpful. My mother walked into the hairdresser and was stumbling over her words trying to ask for prices for different cuts. The owner didn't help her with her words and rudely said "I'm not taking any more clients on" and walked off. My mother was upset over the rudeness, anybody deserves to be treated better than that.
