I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Anna I suffer with extreme anxiety but she made me feel so at ease I haven't been in salon in over 15 years. I went in with bleach damaged hair explained how I felt about it and asked her if she could fix it, I've come out of there like a new woman and she has 30+ years experience really knows what she is doing. Went to Anna for highlights, I have been going to Anna for my highlights for years and I wanted a different tone and she did it perfectly first time!! First time here after a bad hair day frenzy and I cut my hair up to a chin length Bob. Looked okish from front but well...let's just say the back was a complete mess. I searched for a hairdressers near me and Hair Inspirations was just a stone's throw away. I sent a message explaining what I had done and could they help to some how rectify it. I was asked to go 8n yesterday (Wednesday 13th April) to have chat and them to see what they could do. Anna was extremely helpful and made me feel excited about going back today to have it done. Today was really nice and with the chat and laughs we had t did truly feel I had been going there for years. I came out feeling so much better and with a light shade of pink through my blonde hair as well as the back being a lot straighter and shaped than before. I honestly can't thank Anna enough for fitting me in so quickly, being professional with advice and what she planned to do, for making a disabled person feel safe and of course the friendly chit chat that cheered me up no end. Do I recommend this Hair Dressers? YES YES YES!! 100% THANK YOU ANNA .
