Owners were friendly and welcoming
Room was clean and tidy modern but also very home feeling
I had a very short stay of a few hours but in that time had no problems
Would love to come again

Owners are very rude and are not friendly to deal with (you can see that from previous customer reviews!!), try living near them!!
There is NO PARKING, it's all Double Yellow Lines.
All the immediate local residents have respected each others spaces outside their houses, and then you people come along!
A number of customers had been open and honest, telling me that they've been instructed by yourselves to park outside our houses... Sadly they don't stay there for long, as they swiftly get told to Foxtrot Oscar and find elsewhere to park. And they will continue to be told that, every time they park outside of our houses, we've all had enough of it!! Like I say, we never had an issue with parking until you arrived!!
Shouldn't have lied to all the locals about your planning permissions either!! You told everyone it the extension was for family and a sob story along with it, so no one rejected the planning. Then boom, out of nowhere it became a B&B... Liars!!
I lost all respect for you when you caused issues for many locals whom kept there company vehicle's at home, you seriously caused alot of problems for many people with you pathetic emails, because you tried to free up the roads for your residents to park.
Like I say no respect for you, nor your customers. I'm always watching and will always tell your customers to park elsewhere.
If you want Parking, please go to Premier Inn, Travelodge or Holiday Inn, which are all well positioned locally. And if you want somewhere with Entertainment & Parking, then go to Birchington Vale.
