Milk & More Broadstairs Delivery Hub

Poor service from this depot now the Canterbury one has closed. Often deliveries are missed when relief milkman is on duty. Also quite often the milk only has a two day sell by date on it when it's delivered. This means they are selling old stale milk which I can't use in time and will get wasted.

Delivery driver comes up my Road about 11pm and treats it like its a race track. Totally unnecessary.

Set up two accounts earlier this year, one for my family and the other for my mother in law. The "11 year experience" milkman was incapable of leaving the milk delivery on my mother in law's doorstep, instead left at random places around adjacent buildings, if at all, even after she complained. She cancelled after about 6 deliveries. We persevered until finally giving up a week ago....absolute disgrace. We had continuous weeks of sour milk being delivered. It's clear that the van gets packed the evening before and left at room temperature overnight...how else would every single delivery have sour milk on it? It's not even left out for hours as I go to work at 4am and bring the milk straight in at that time. Final straw for this review was that we had to give a weeks notice so recieved another delivery yesterday. Opened the milk this morning. Completely sour again and the whole lot had to be tipped away. Other issues we encountered were wrong items being delivered or left off completely and we also had the fun hide and seek milk game intermittently. All in all, if you think you're supporting the local milk community by using this service, you're not. You're supporting a company owned by Muller and your milk will most likely be delivered sour to random places in or around your property but not at your door, if at all, by a completely incompetent person with questionable "11 years experience". Back to getting supermarket milk.
