Can't fault Jerry and Jake. Both are considerate, hard working and tidy engineers. Jake explained the whole process and how to apply the settings to our boiler. Jerry is guaranteed to reply to your text within 24hours, even on weekends. They installed our boiler in June 2020, I've used them for annual service and will continue to do so. Never had a problem with boiler. 4 days before Christmas our monoxide alarm went off so we had our gas turned off (faulty alarm, nothing to do with boiler). Jerry was prepared to shuffle their diary round to ensure we wouldn't go cold during Xmas. Very kind and friendly service, we will be using them indefinitely.

Jack was so great to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I certainly won't be using anyone else for heating related work in our home! He was responsive when booking and let us know when he would arrive. He talked us through options for a smart thermostat before he arrived and then told me the work he'd be doing when he arrived. The work was done quickly and no mess left. Got the impression he would only do/recommend work he really thought was necessary and his prices were extremely fair. Jack was great to chat to and our dog was a big fan! More than happy to recommend!

Jack and Jerry came out to install a new boiler for us. they did a fantastic job, they were efficient, tidy and communicated well throughout the process. they left everything tidy afterwards, you wouldn't even know they had been here apart from the shiny new boiler and thermostat. they arrived on time and worked hard all throughout the day. we wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend to others. the whole process from booking in a for a quote which was sent out the same day and fitting our boiler which was booked in the same week was completely hassle free. Great service
