I have worked for Ethelbert for now 8weeks and have found my experience rewarding . I have found the management are on the ball ,if you require things just ask.yes there's plenty of paperwork and training but that goes with the job , management will help you through it and support when needed. this is a rewarding job and does have its challenges but it's worth doing. I'm new to the role and am so glad I applied but also that I was given the chance. The homes are tidy and there's plenty for the children to do. Whilst at training you get to meet the top management and company directors. It's a family run business and everyone is treated as part of that family. The sleep rate is a fair amount and wages are as to be expect . The work is there if you require it and over time is always available . So if you have a caring nature and want to help children but also learn as you go this could be the job for you,be apart of the transition for a child and make a difference
