Received a delivery of the most stunning bouquet (bouquet really isnt the right word - its huge ) as a present from work on the arrival of my grand daughter. After a sleepless night, what a way to be woken up. I have had flowers delivered before but this was a work of art and smells beautiful. Thank you Emma so much - (sorry my pictures do not do your work true justice) I cannot stop looking at them x

Emma is fantastic! Our flowers were absolutely perfect! Emma is really easy to work with and thought of all the things we hadnt, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Emma! Thank you again.

Emma went above and beyond to make sure my mum inlaw got her birthday flowers . There was a bit of a mix up with the address (not sure why , possibly my typo on the online order ) but Emma was so kind and helpful when I called rd (from Sydney Australia) to ask for her help. She remade the bouquet , and re-delivered it , all in time for mums birthday.

Never had an experience like this with a florist in my life. I asked for PINK roses, this is what they sent my girlfriend. The most unprofessional people Ive ever come across. When I complained Emmas husband turned off the phone in my face. Then they asked me if they should go round to my girlfriends house to see if theyre really pink . Disgusting customer service believe me stay away from these people. They tried to charge me 150 for these roses. Then they said they asked me which grade rose I wanted which was a lie. Really dodgy couple

Emma is amazing! Her flowers were outstanding for my dad's funeral. The personal touch of added cricket pads added another dimension. Thank you Emma for all your hard work x
