Le Bouquet - Le Bully! My friend ordered her wedding bouquets from here, she was asked to go have a look at them, my friend was really unhappy with the bouquets as they were not what she asked for, they looked cheap and nasty and some of the flowers had been so badly cut, the quality was awful, my friend said she wasn't happy and the woman was very rude and snapped at her repeatedly saying well that's what you ordered, she wasn't prepared to accept any fault and my friend decided to cancel her order, the woman said no you can't until I have spoken to the owner, I told the woman her attitude was unacceptable and she continued to blame my friend saying thats what you ordered, so a week later she had an appointment to see the owner, well she was even ruder than the employee. We told the owner that we weren't happy with the flowers and wanted some money back, she flat out refused, we asked for the flowers that she had made and she said no you're not having anything, the owner was so loud she was pretty much shouting at my friend, who suffers from anxiety and I had gone along for support, I told her to stop speaking to my friend like that, she then asked me who I was so I said I was there supporting my friend, she said "she doesn't need support, you can get out of my shop, there's nothing wrong with her she doesn't need anyone here, have I been horrible to you, have I, have i" my poor friend was in bits, I told the owner my friend wanted to leave and she said no she's staying but you can get out. The owner was abusive and rude and wouldn't accept that she should be making the effort to fix the problem, not just shout at the customer. She doesn't know my friends personal problems and frankly she didn't care. As we were leaving she said this is all on camera. I hope she uploads it so people can see her outrageous behaviour. Totally unacceptable and clearly doesn't believe in people having anxiety!! And to top it off not letting my friend take what she had paid for (even though she would have binned it)

Just want to say thankyou so much for the beautiful floral tributes that you done for my daughters funeral on the 29th of march you done us proud and I can't thank you enough... Absolutely stunning and I have them with me and still going strong Thankyou
