        If I could give ten stars that would not be enough. The lady I spoke to went above and beyond to get my flowers sent even calling me several times to explain how it was going. If only everyone was like this florists with customer care. Absolute stars definitely use thier business as the service is beyond belief

        Phoned up yesterday morning for a same day delivery. Service was very good and the flowers arrived about 4 hours later. Beautiful flowers and lovely staff. Will use again and would not hesitate to recommend.

        I ordered an Ethel cat, the word Mum on a stand, and a seagull. I was very pleased with the order. The cat was customised exactly how I wanted it, and the seagull was a lot bigger than I expected. They were happy to customise and I was very happy with the result, which made our funeral a much more pleasant experience than it could have been, and I'd recommend Petals to anyone looking for some quirky floral designs for special occasions.
