The process for ordering was very efficient. They kept us informed all the way through and we even got an installation date ahead of time. The fitters were polite and effective. They were done in no time at all. We will be going back to get some more windows replaced as soon as we can

We are very satisfied with Omega. The windows are great. There were some issues with the door, but Omega rectified them without prompting, to an excellent standard. We had a small accident with one of the window surrounds and Omega fixed this for us as a good will gesture, which we were very happy about. We would recommend Omega Windows. Great service - helpful, friendly and efficient.

Very good experience throughout, from visiting the showroom to installation. Great range of front doors to choose from, I would recommend Omega to my family and friends.

Easy to communicate with by phone and email. Procedure much shorter and simpler than you would find with Larger national companies. No long winded sales talk by salesmen to get you to spend more for less. Just pre-installation visit by surveyor followed by installation on the date agreed with the company. Payment was simple with the deposit protected by company insurance. The price and product are very competitive in comparison with bigger companies and the company is reliable. I will use Omega Widows and Conservatories again.
