Staff rude ,when you ring it takes on average 20 mins for them to answer then they tell you doctor will ring back in next 48 hours, prescriptions are wrong at times and not on time ,they don't bother to read hospital reports i had to ring 3 months after a scan to be told I needed to see some one,nobody seems to know what they are doing,very unhelpful,would rather not have a doctor than go there you come out worse than when you go in would not touch this place at all have left it because of the mistakes and atti of staff and doctors and the fact I have had over 62 admissions to a and e not all their fault but quite a few

Bloody useless for the working day people can't walk in so you have to phone up to get appointment by the time you phone all the appointments have gone in the evening!!! Can't afford to take a day off work you will never be able to get an appointment and they want to expand it will only get worse !!
