Thanet Diving & Watersports

I really don't recommend this folks! They are definitely discriminating your license! They are not polite. Really wanting to dive in in Ramsgate, I called them on the phone. First they asked where I got my license, then they said they had to get me back on the course before they could dive with me. He just laughed contemptuously when I told them that I had did my course in Cyprus. I definitely DONT recommend these people.! I condemn their rude and condescending attitude that does not know how to behave. Even though I said I dive at least twice a week, they just belittled me. They doubted my license that I am a Padi Advanced Open Water diver. I dive around the world at least twice a week. Shame on YOU! SHAME! If I could give you ZERO STAR, this is my real attitude to you.. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Have had numerous dealings with this shop over the past couple of years. Always found the staff (Terry in particular!) very helpful and knowledgable - also for me the key measure of a quality dive shop is when they give you sound diving advice that will cost them a sale - this has constantly happened here and demonstrates they care more about your safety and security than their profits - top rate!

Tried out diving at the local pool with Thanet diving. Great quality, patient and very thorough instruction which put totally at ease for my first underwater experience. I shall definitely be continuing for the PADI open water.

Waste of time trying to contact this shop .. Rang 5 times over 3 day period only got anser phone...
