Disability Drop In Centre

Has this place closed down?? The phone number doesnt work and email doesnt work and theyre no longer on Facebook. I cant go out so what do I do? Im in desperate need of help filling in pip form

Thank you so much to all of the staff for the help and confidence to fight my case through the courts, after losing disability allowance in 2018 life has been an uphill struggle, to the stress has changed my life and my personality, from out going to living daily with stress and anxiety, on top of disability, had it not been for the strength of my family, and the support of ddic staff I think I would of given up fighting for what is right a long time ago, and with depression also now being part of who I am, as even through my lowest point taking my own life, but thanks to all those who where my life support I say thank you so much much, as I slowly bring back ME.check on its way.
