On the flip side, if you have a dodgey bunch of clerks, a seriously inept clerk who misses all the breaches of stone's justice manual/archbold's respecting evidence rules, pace 1984 breaches etc, & a sheer disregard for court ethics and join that to clearly careless prosecutors who are just ticking the boxes to massage the national stats & defence "solicitors" who roll over in favour of a guilty plea and mitigation to milk the legal aid then probation officers who want to stitch you up with a BAD pre sentence report to make the police look like they are getting "results. Then this is a fantastic court cos it does a good job of the above.

Prosecution lied and will soon be investigated for misconduct in public office and falsifying a report and evidence. Legal advisor clearly missed procedural irregularities with an application. What is her role if not to stop irregularities like this? Magistrates seem to be power crazed and gullible idiots who lack common sense. An appeal is in progress based on obvious issues. Total disgrace paraded as the best justice system in the world.

If cctv footage gets recorded over thats a couple of weeks old after it was broken then fixed they decide someone isn't guilty even if I know in my heart they did do it and the police have got them on one cctv footage, the courts aren't always right when they decide someone isn't guilty and some crimes don't even go to court because of recorded over cctv footage, I didn't want a day in court anyway but they aren't always right when they decide someone isn't guilty, me of all people should know that after what happened to me, there was one cctv footage that wasn't recorded over and that person was on it and I knew that person did it despite what a court decides, it doesn't help that people who are guilty spin it to the police and get a solicitor because they are scared and panicking either.
