        One member of staff was extremely Sarcastic and rude, opening times are different to what is shown online. When your working through the week as most of us do you can only go on Thursday from 4-7pm.

This week I went to collect a parcel, bloke behind the counter told me without checking that the parcel would have been returned to the sender as I was too late in collecting it (we were away on a long holiday). I told him to go and check and he came back with the parcel...

        It seems a proper inconvenience for the bloke behind the counter at the collection office in Broadstairs when you pick up a parcel. Absolute misery with zero customer skills. Rude, miserable individual.
