        It's not so much a cooperate building of any kind, because Its flats, nice and quick maintenance, nice environment, only problem is probably the lights in the hallway are a bit dim giving it a creepy vibe. Also there's a "3rd floor (social floor)" sign in the elevator but no 3rd floor??? Anyway, good building.
