I have been very disappointed by Longmire Recruitment. Sonya Clampett reached out to me on LinkedIn to put me forward for a 'Campaigns Officer' role. However, if she had taken the time to properly read my LinkedIn profile she should have instantly known that this role was way too junior. My last role was at 'Director' level and I was doing 'Officer' level positions when I first started my professional career back in 2001. In the end she agreed to get back to me with other suitable Director level positions. So then an opportunity came up as Director of Advocacy at Child Poverty Action Group that was relevant to my skills, experience and professional background. She was posting the role many times a day on LinkedIn. So I reached out to ask for more information and to express an interest in applying. She never even had the courtesy to get back to me. There are lots of other recruitment agencies that offer a much better and more professional service. Based on my experience I would urge you to use them instead. As we candidates we deserve to be treated with greater courtesy and respect.
