        Extremely poor customer service by the owner. The store closes at 8pm. I attend at 7:45pm to collect a parcel and I am refused service? Extremely disappointing and a waste of my time.

        I had a parcel to send and Pooma were the closest Evri. The friendly assistant gave me some sticky backed plastic at no charge to seal the wrapping I bought there and talked me through the computerised system to send it. All very easy and pleasant, with no post office queue
